Swiss Steak

3oz Stehouwer Sizzler steaks
All-Purpose flour
Salt
Black pepper, ground
Vegetable Oil
Onions, chopped
Garblic, chopped
Diced tomatoes, (14.5 ounces can)
Bell Peppers, chopped

Technique

  1. Dust the steaks in flour. In a large non stick pan set to high heat sear the steaks for 2-3 min on each side and hold aside.
  2. Add the oil and cook the onions, garlic, and peppers and cook for 5 min. Then add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 more min.
  3. Return your steaks to the pan and cook for an additional 3-4 min.
